Vision is so much more than eyesight. Larry Sajdecki, O.D., will give you a revolutionary new look at vision that will broaden your understanding of how you see and how you can see without your glasses or contact lenses. In this weekend retreat, Dr. Sajdecki will show you how to free yourself from the crutch of prescription lenses, to build your self-confidence and awareness, and to open up your inner and outer vision to see more clearly.
Based on the training of Jacob Liberman, an internationally recognized authority on vision care, Dr. Sajdecki will explain how most vision problems are the result of an unconscious decision to "close your eyes" to emotional discomfort or pain, and how increasingly powerful corrective lenses only encourage eyesight to withdraw further. By removing lenses and practicing breath and movement awareness techniques to shift your perception, you can reintegrate the original disruption in the mind/body system.
Lawrence Sajdecki, O.D. has a BS in Visual Science and Biology and a Doctorate from the Illinois College of Optometry. He has been practicing optometry for 11 years. He has completed training with Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon in MindBody and Ayurvedic Medicine, and has completed Professional Training with Dr. Jacob Liberman in the Use of Light and Color for Deep Healing. Since working with Dr. Liberman he has learned to see without his glasses and has helped hundreds of his patients to improve their vision using Spectral Receptivity Training.
