Lawrence J. Sajdecki, O.D.

Research Coordinator

Dr. Sajdecki, has a BS in Visual Science and Biology and a Doctorate from the Illinois College of Optometry. He has been a practicing optometrist for 11 years. He is experienced in binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy, gonioscopy, and punctal dilation/irrigation procedures. Dr. Sajdecki is experienced in neuro-optometry with a special interest in strabismus/amblyopia therapy and contact lenses

Prior to receiving his degree in Optometry, Larry received advanced training in histology from Mt. Sinai Hospital with an emphasis in neurohistology. Dr. Sajdecki participated in numerous research studies involving histology and muscle related diseases using histochemical analysis, cytology, and phlebotomy. He was trained in immunofluorescence techniques performed on kidney biopsies and cytochemical techniques for the diagnosis of leukemia.

In addition, Larry has completed training with Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon in MindBody and Ayurvedic Medicine, and has completed Professional Training with Dr. Jacob Liberman in the Use of Light and Color for Deep Healing.

Inspired by his own incredible personal success with Dr. Jacob Liberman's techniques, Dr. Sajdecki is conducting a comparable series of Spectrum trainings to improve vision, utilizing colored light and vision training exercises ( Spectral Receptivity Training ) .
